ENGLISH VERSION The Corporate Banking Analyst Position within the Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory group (“BCMA”) at Citi is an entry-level posi‐ tion responsible for supporting Senior Bankers on financing-re‐ lated transaction execution, relationship management and periodic credit reviews for major Canadian institutional clients. The overall objective of the Corporate Banking team is to help clients leverage the Citi Platform while efficiently deploying the firm's capital and evaluation and management of risk. The role allows an opportunity to gain exposure to clients belong‐ ing to diversified industry groups and a large array of client solu‐ tions (Cash management, Hedging, Lending, Capital Market Origi‐ nation and more). Different from a traditional corporate banking role, this role in‐ volves supporting Senior Corporate Banking Officers to cover clients in multiple industry clusters – such as aviation, telecommu‐ nication, industrial and consumer goods– and help them with vari‐ ous capital-markets-based or bank-led-financing solutions. Assist‐ ing the team with capital structure advisory efforts, involving a full spectrum of traditional debt products and innovative structured debt offerings, is an integral part of the job requirement.
