Clear space is equally as important to good design as design elements themselves. To regulate this, clear space has been established around the logo. It defines the minimum exclusion zone and indicates the closest any other graphic element or message can be positioned in relation to the logo. It also represents the minimum distance the logo can be positioned from and edge. • The logo should always be surrounded with clear space to ensure visibility and impact. • The amount of clear space is equal to the height of the logo (x) and applied equally around the perimeter of the logo. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 12 Equipment Signs / Guideline All Valiant TMS equipment must have branded signs and/or stickers installed prior to being shipped to the customer. In some cases, our customers may have policies or specifications that do not allow or limit equipment branding, please confirm with our project manager prior to installation. • Size should be appropriate for the location and application • Visible and modest, not excessive • Ensure signs are mounted in accordance to customer specification and acceptance • Choose mounting locations where signs will be visible, but not impact safety, machine operation or sight lines The following pages will provide a list of all available signs as well as suggested sizes and mounting locations. If a custom size or application is required, please contact the Marketing team. Mount signs or stickers to all tools designed by Valiant TMS. Avoid mounting our signage to 3rd party equipment. As a rule, avoid applying stickers or signs to customer product-specific tooling (i.e. end of arm tools). However, any tools that are standard or proprietary to Valiant TMS should have stickers applied directly to the tools (i.e. leak test machines, washers, conveyors, etc.). Clear Space The logo should always be surrounded with clear space to ensure visibility and impact. Signs already have clear space defined. Stickers should be installed in a location where clear space can be maintained. This includes minimum space away from edges. If space is not available, select a smaller sticker size. The amount of clear space is equal to the height of the logo (x) and applied equally around the perimeter of the logo.
